A budget should help you do your job, not keep you from doing your job. Budgets need to be modified, but when and how? Are approvals needed for line by line modifications or the annual overall budget? Operations budgets and capital budgets are simply projections based on the best information known at the time. Should your budget change as conditions change or remain static throughout the fiscal year?
We can develop that budget with you and develop cash flow projections going forward to help you steer the course for your Tribal organization. We can do the budgets for you or teach your financial staff how to do them, by use of hands-on instruction, templates and other teaching tools.
